help me with my monitor

i have a monitor whichis 1366*768 and 14ms 60hz maybe.. response time is 14ms.. is it really bad for gaming?? i mean, will I get a very bad gaming performance? or will it b okay? i cant change my monitor for some financial problems, tia

It's really bad, anything above 5ms will have bad smear with fast moves.
