Hello, I'm getting a job this summer and I will be buying the computer below. Not before I start, I don't want any PC elitist telling me that this is a bad computer. I understand that. Which is why it's a budget PC. I just need feedback on what to replace what's better. I don't want to go over $1,000 preferably but if I really have to I will.

Case: AZZA Atlas Gaming Case - Black
LED Fan Lighting: None
Case Lighting: iBUYPOWER RGB Smart Lighting
Processor: Intel Core i5 - 4690k Processor (4x 3.50 GHz/6 MB L 3 Cache)
Processor Cooling: Asetek 550 Liquid Cooling
Memory: 16 GB DDR3-2133 ADATA XPG Memory Module
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-z97X-Gaming 3 -- 3x PCle x16, 4x USB 3.0, 4x USB 2.0
Power Supply: 400 Watt - Standard 80 PLUS Bronze
Hardrive: 128GB SanDisk X400 SSD
Optical Drive: 24x Dual Layer DVD/R/RW + CD-R/RW Drive-Black
Sound Card: 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard
Network Card: Onboard LAN Network (GB or 10/100)
Operating System: Windows 10 Home

Extra Stuff:
McAfee Antivirus PLUS
iBUYPOWER Gaming Mouse
Professional Wiring

Total: $1,013 - 5% = $964

Thanks, any feedback is extremely useful. The sales rep at iBUYPOWER said that that graphics card is good enough to run Overwatch on Medium or even High. Also is i5 good enough for games I want to play? My main games are League of Legends and World of Warcraft. The computer I have now can't even run Skyrim on 30 FPS. So this computer will be a huge upgrade. As long as it can run old games + World of Warcraft on ultra at 60 FPS I will be happy.

Thanks!

PSU is lacking, if you want to overclock get something better certified and more watts, wait for the gtx 1070, 8gb of drr3 is usually fine and is easily installed so unless its a very small price change i'd stay. Your SSD is very small and it be smart to get a secondary hard drive to hold other games and keep your favourite games on your SSD. I'd recommend putting every item you want into a shopping cart on Newegg and see how much it is going to cost you for them doing the work, which is usually very easy, water cooler might be a bit harder but there are dozens of youtube videos.
