So i am building new PC and was going for AMD then i found that the AM3+ is a dead platform and am4 is going out this year so i use amd since my first pc never used Intel i had a am3 motherboard for like 5 years then changed it to am3+ mobo for another 5 years but Intel is like
here 775 then 1150 then 1151 then 2011-3 then 2011 it is like Samsung in phones get me confused so i can not pick to go with my beloved am3+ dead platform or take Intel skylake i5 1151 limted to i7 and there another new platform the 2011 so i will post my 2 bulids and you guy's tell me what to pick or should i wait for the am4 and zen i want to upgrade because my PC can no longer run 2016 games on low i hit the wall at AC syndcate

Neither, both have issues.

Work with build #2. Go Intel. Get the I5-6500. Use the stock Intel cooler - it's perfectly sufficient. Get a less expensive motherboard, an H170 motherboard.

Then, the NEX 650 is a really poor quality PSU (Source). Change it to an FSP Hydro G 650W unit, and you're good to go!

Oh, and 2 sticks of RAM for dual-channel. Get 2133Mhz. Then get a larger SSD.

So i did tweak my list as you said but i live in Egypt so not everything is sold here i had to change for what i have here like i have SeaSonic 2nd best psu after cm and evga
