the mobo you chose only supports ddr4 2133/2400, you chose ddr4 3000 for higher end chipsets and mobo (vii maxium, z270)

you could choose cheaper ram ddr4 2133/2400
also the psu shouldnt be cheaped out on, try for silver rating or higher wattage
