Question Help me with my pc

So ever since i upgraded my PC with a new motherboard(z270 msi), and a intel I7-7700k, my pc been stressing out with games, like when i play fortnite my cpu maxes out 100%, and so dpes my memory. Also when i use google chrome my computers stresses out and runs super slow. Also my system pops up sometimes at maxes out pretty much everything in task manager to 100%. plz help

When you upgraded did you reinstall the OS or just move it from the old system?

moved it on to the old system i think.

Backup your data and do a clean reinstall to be sure.
