iam planning to buy corsair cs650m for my pc... is it good enough,, will it would be compatible with my processor and motherboard ?

At the 600 to 650 Watts range, the Antec HCG 620M is the better power supply for the price since the price is probably what lead you to look at the CS650M.

The corsair cs650m has low grade capacitors
i would suggest a psu with high grade japanese capacitors from
seasonic/xfx or any psu from corsairs TX,HX or AX range

The Radeon HD 7770 requires a psu with 19A on the +12v rail and a 500W psu minimum
This will run your system just fine and the HD7770 and is a quality psu with 45A on the +12v rail with high grade capacitors

I only recommended the HCG 620M since I thought that you needed the modular capability.
