Hello. I have a A68HM motherboard, AMD A8-7650K processor, 8gb ddr3 RAM and 550 watt power supply. I also have 1gb radeon r7 intergrated graphics with the processor. Could I use the Gigabyte GV-N730-2GI GT730 Graphic Card (2GB, GRA, PCX)?

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 750ti is a good option for low- to mid-range gaming. While not quite as powerful as a GTX 950, most 750ti's are right in the $95-$110 range.
Here is a good 750ti from EVGA:

Also, if you don't mind going with AMD, here is an RX 460:

The RX 460 is slightly more powerful than the GTX 750ti at the same price, also available with 2GB GDDR5.
I wouldn't advise it. The reason is a GT 730 DDR3 w/128 bit bus isn't a gaming card. It's basically integrated graphics, such as what you already have, in a videocard form. The GT 730 that counts as a very low end gaming card is the GDDR5 version with the 64 bit bus. To be honest, I'd question whether you'd get enough of an increase to make the cost a 730 worth it. You'd still have to compromise on resolution and settings in newer games.
