Help me with my upgrade

I am looking for what would be the best way to upgrade my PC currently my specs are
Msi tomahawk
I7 6700k
4gb g skill ram x2
Msi R9 380 4gb (currently overclocked quite highly)
Corsair vs650 psu
Cooler master hyper TX3i CPU cooler
120gb Kingston SSD
1tb seagate blue
2tb seagate blue


I'm unsure weather it would be better to get a new psu I'm looking at an evga 850 gold psu and then a second r9 380 4gb or would I be better off getting a new psu same fro from before selling my current gpu and then getting a better single gpu with the money I get from the gpu + the money I would of used to get the second gpu

I would suggest 16GB of RAM and thats about all as the video card is the only other part I would upgrade. You could get a 480 8GB but that isn't a big upgrade of the 380. I suggest waiting for the 490 or 590 depending on what AMD does with their next release. Think its called vega right now.
