Help me with SSD information

I'm going to buy used & I asked him to show info of crystaldisk. This is it's specs:

My question is, what should I pay attention? total nand writes or total host writes?
And judging that screenshot, should I buy that ssd?

It's already 2.5 yrs old, released back in 2013.

And on the slow end of the scale.

Total host writes = how much data has been written to it
total nand writes = how much data + how much the drive has shuffled data around.

For that particular drive, there isn't a whole lot of writes, so that is no problem. It is nowhere near close to being 'used up'.
It would probably work just fine.

But...for $58, that isn't a lot of discount from a new drive with warranty, top level drive, of a larger size.
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB for $85 or so.
