Solution
Since you are planning on keeping your PC for so long, i would suggest the 5820k over the 4790k. The 4790k would probably be just fine for you now, and even a few years in the future, but when we're talking about 5+ years I would suggest getting the best hardware you can afford up front, especially if you don't really want to overclock. The demands of your workload will likely increase drastically in that time (4k video will probably be the new standard instead of 1080p, for example), and you want to get a CPU that will be able to handle those increased demands. As others have said, waiting for the new line of Intel processors is also an option. Alternatively, you could wait until the new processors come out, then buy an older one (like...
Whichever CPU you choose, you will be fine, I would personally recommend going for the i7 4790k and a GTX 980 for future proofing. If you're not going to game at all, you may even want to go for the 8GB R9 290x just for the extra Vram in which case you should go for the i7 5820k because that CPU will be a beast when DX12 comes out, already is a beast but will be even more of a beast

Since you're wishing to keep this PC for at least 5 years and willing to spend Rs. 1,50,000, I would suggest that you wait and get the Intel's new "Skylake" (the successor to current Haswell/Haswell Refresh/Broadwell processors) processors coming in Q3 2015. Get 16GB DDR4 RAM, with new 100 series chipset boards based on LGA 1151 socket, which would greatly benefit your kind of work.

16GB of RAM is a good choice. That will be sufficient for you now. I would recommend getting a configuration that leaves some empty slots for you so that later on if you decide you need more RAM you can simply add it in rather than having to replace what you get now. For example, if you get a motherboard with 4 slots, get 2 8GB sticks so that later you can get 2 more sticks if you decide you need them.

The GTX 970 is a great choice. Fantastic value for the money, and more than enough power to handle the programs you listed (and some serious gaming if you were to decide you wanted that).

The 80i is a good choice of cooler, but frankly, it is overkill for what you need. Since you are not planning on overclocking anytime, soon, I would suggest you either switch to a more affordable aftermarket cooler (perhaps the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo), or even just stick with the cooler that comes with your CPU. Something like the Hyper 212 Evo would be more than enough to keep your CPU cool on stock settings, and even the stock Intel cooler should work just fine. This way you can save a little money up front. If you decide later that you want to overclock afterall, you can always pick up a better cooler then.

My choice of case would be the NZXT Phantom 240. It has lots of great features at a reasonable price tag (great deal for what you get in my opinion). And I think the look of it is fantastic. Classy and professional, but not bland.
