Question HELP ME WITH THIS RAM ISSUE PC4 RAM

So i recently was gifted a PC, this desktop was fitted with 4gb of ram. a 4gb 1Rx8 PC4-2133P-UA1-11
I know this is probably a dumb question. but as i cant find that exact ram card, can i fit any PC4 chip into my computer. if so or if not, can someone please explain how to select the correct ram for this computer. thank you kindly.

Can you download cpu-id and give us more info about the ram
e.g. timings

Ideally you want to use ram that comes in a kit (so bought together)

Next best thing would be to match the ram speed, in your case 2133mhz
And to also match the timings look for "CL XX"

If these are matched you shouldn't have any issues

strange, did you try to use CPU-ID?
