Hello, i am playing my sims and they seem to speak german (or something) and ive looked at the options and it dousnt say anything about changing the language, so please HELP ME!!!!!

They are probably speaking sim speak. I don't have the game, but I'm played the Sims 2, and I don't remember them speaking English.

Lol I think that's just how the characters talk, when they converse it's not in english I don't believe.

Sims 2 or Sims 3 characters don't speak english or any language at all. They have their own language when they speak, it's like baby talk that you wouldn't understand but makes you laugh.
