Hello,
When I scan my Laptop (Dell Lat. D630), Windows XP, my disk space runs low (originally 1.6gb free space) , why and what can I do about it?

Run a disk cleanup and remove any unwanted files from your disk. Then uninstall as much software as you can.

I'm using CCleaner and when I scan using Kaspersky 2013, I get notifications of Low Disk Space, and then it returns after it reaches 4.00kb, then after it starts to decrease again

there's TONS of ways to clean up your hard drive of unneccesary files... I would start with - if you own an apple device - delete your backups, they can easily be a gig each

Its best to use built in tools like disk cleanup and Add Remove Programs. Aftermarket cleanup apps usually do more bad than good.
Simply go to my computer and right click for properties, click on disk clean up and remove any temp files, offline internet files, and old installation files you don't need. Clear your browser history and check installed programs for stuff you don't need.

Exactly how small is your hard disk?
