I just build a new pc with a giga h61 mobo with a gtx 750ti and when i installed windows then i realized that the usb on my case isnt working even tho i installed the usb cable correctly and one more thing when i plugged in my power to my psu suddenly my mouse has already been powered even tho i wasnt doing anything

as this is a troubleshooting thread.

To add, how old is your PSU and include the make and model, not just it's wattage.

Case and main when i turned on my pc the main boot screen not windows it suck there for 1-30secs before booting up. Windows didnt detect my usb but my bios did for some reasons when i turned off my pc my mouse still lights up

My troubles:Front USB doesnt recognize in windows but in BIOS it recognizes
When powering down the system my mouse still lights up
Questions: what does a reset cable do in a case

Mobo:GIGA H61
CPU:i5 2400
GPU:GTX 750ti
RAM:8GB
PSU:500wats
Case:idk the name but i do know my reset cable has been broken
Im just 13yrs old and im kinna sad cuz i lost my whole year of savings just to get this pc

And i got a 500gb hdd and a 60gb ssd
And when i boot up it took me over 30secs just to get over with the bios boot screen
