Ok here's the story I was formatting my pc cause it keeps BSOD and I tried to swap the storage thing to IDE to ACHI and after I reboot it It won't
boot anymore how can i solved this issue

BSOD's can come from a number of things. Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

What OS are you trying to install and where did you source the installer from?

You can't change the drive mode after you install Windows and have it boot properly. Set it to AHCI then install Windows.

i was installing windows and I download the media installation tool from the windows website

And btw is there a problem when the bios cannot read the hard drive as a windows boot manager?? It only reads it as a normal hard drive
