Help, microphone won't work

Microphone plays extremely loud buzzing noise and doesn't pick up sound, when I press on the io around the input jack it works fine, Redragon Garuda

Are you pressing on the microphone plug to get it to work? Sounds like a connection issue in the port inside. Do you have another mic port you can try?
