[Help] Mobo n PSU

I have I5-4670k , MSI gtx 970 4gb

So whats the best choice for me
Mobo:
1/ Z97
2/ Z87
3/ other

PSU:
1/ xfx 550w
2/ xfx 650w
3/ other

Z97 for the first one. 650W XFX for the other choice. Only reason being that PSUs loose their efficiency as they get older so you might aswell get a 650w even though 550w is MORE than enough. Cheaper option other than those two would be the Antec 620c.
