Question Help!! Monitor dosn't want to show anything..

Okey, this is my situation: Earlier today my computer was working fine, all good. Then I decided to unplug everything and to clean it inside cuz I haven't cleaned him in a quite a while 😬. Then when I plugged everything how it was and power it, the monitor just dosnt want to show anything. It's just non stop blinking which shows that it's on, but there is no image, no nothing.

Ps: I doubt I did anything wrong like messing up cables while cleaning it. The mouse and keyboard work as well but the monitor just refuses.

Do you know for sure it is the monitor that is dead? Try with another monitor to determine if output signal from GPU is ok.
