Question Help monitor randomly goes black and gpu fans start running at max

I just made a new pc build and everything was running smoothly for a day until yesterday my monitor randomly went black screen and the gpu fans started running on high after about a minute or so the pc shut itself off. When I turned the of back on the resolution was stuck on 600x800 and it wasn’t detecting my gpu drivers, I went and reinstalled them and it fixed the resolution problem and started detecting the gpu again. This same thing has already happened 3 times in the past day and I’m not sure what could be causing it considering everything is brand new.

Thermaltake 500W rgb
X570 Phantom Gaming 4s
DDR4 T force rgb 3200
Wraith spire cpu cooler
2Tb barracuda

sound like gpu issue.
try reseating it from the pcie slot?

Reseated it and I’ve yet to have it happen again hoping that fixed the issue
