I just bought an ASrock 768 extreme4, 8 gigs of G.skill ddr3 memory and an i5-2500k (video card isnt here yet) I went to turn it all on and everything turns on, fans spin but it wont post, and the little digital number reads 19 for a half second then stays at 30. I tried to google it but couldnt find anything, can someone please help me? Also, i have the PSU connected to the hard drive as well as SATA cord, dont know if im supposed to have both or not.

Update: Tried different ram, Still wont go passed 30 on the Dr Debugger. Now im really getting mad :(

Code 30 is "Reserved for ASL" according to manual. At hwbot.org I found a list that also contains the ASL codes list (missing from the manual). It seems it's a CPU (mis)configuration.
But first I have to ask: did you connect the CPU power cable? (2x8 pin connector just behind the 1st USB connector, near the VGA/DVI ports)
If yes, did you try to use the "clear cmos" button? If that won't fix it, then I don't know what.
