[Help] Motherboard corrupted or what?

Ok, I am clueless.

My pc was doing great, and I was watching a movie and it rebooted and hanged at the bios screen. Waited 15 minutes nothing happened so I shut it down manually. After this it starts fans everything were running but no screen.

Replaces videocard everything, ram on one slot etc etc nothing worked.

Then I reseated the cmos battery and viola everything worked fine.. For 5 minutes. After that it shut down again and once again no screen.

Cmos reset not working anymore fans etc still running I am truly clueless now.

And sorry if it's in the wrong topic I am kinda new to this forum

It could be a board issue (what model?). Can you attach an internal speaker to the motherboard?

What mobo/CPU and PSU

It's fixed, Asus P5e3 mobo Antec 550 W PSU, I think it was a faulty OC setting I guess
