My question is: Can I pair a Ryzen 3700X CPU with this motherboard: MSI B450M-A PRO MAX.
Are there any concerns?

Btw I already have the mobo and I want to buy the 8 core CPU.

Solution
Yes it should run with no problem. I run mine with my old X370 Gaming K5 that have really bad vrm's and cooling and still full load i get ~75-80C at vrm's while the max is 114C.

So as long as I run stock settings I'm fine right?
I read people saying this board have really bad vrms that's why I'm worried!

Just running stock is very good... but even on that board you could also run PBO with no problems.

And don't worry about all-core overclocking for Ryzen 3000. It generally requires very high end motherboards and cooling and even then rarely results in greater performance. In return for all that it consumes a lot more power and puts out a lot more heat.
