Help! Motherboard not starting up!?

Hi everyone,

I have built a new PC and for the past week everything has gone smoothly with it, but now it wont start up at all! I have replaced the PSU with a working spare i had and still nothing. The Green power LED lights up on the motherboard, but apart from that there is no sign of life. Is there anyway to fix this? My motherboard is an Asus P8Z77 - V PRO.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hi, Is the CPU fan spinning when starting the board? Check again all cables connections.
