Help moving a Dell XPS 8000 motherboard to and ATX case

Bought a new case for my dell xpx POS. The new case is an Ultra Defender II. The motherboard is a DP55M01 and also E93839. It has the Core I7 860 processor and I need to know where to put the connectors for the Power, Power Reset, and LED

never mind. figured it out myself. NEVER a dell again (they were no help at all). Just wondering though, it seems that I have found the correct spots to plug into, however, it seems as though it does not matter which way you place the power connector. Is there not a positive/negative side to that button? Same goes for the reset plug. The HDD led connector would always be on one way and work the other????? Therefore I arranged them all the same pattern as that one. Hopefully that is sound thinking. Everything works and Have had no issues after several reboots.
