HELP! MS - 7778 Jasmine Driver for USB No Where to be Found

I have a new tower. Corsair 230T and the front ports don't work. They both say unknown under device manager, but one says device descriptor request failed and one says link in compliance mode. I was told to download USB driver updates from the manufacturer's website. BUT I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE. Help me please.

Yes it was. An HP 500-037c

I have tried that so many times. I went to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and I downloaded the crimsion edition software thing. When I run it, it shows me the drivers its going to download. After its done I have to restart and after that there is nothing new. When I run the same program again it says the same drivers its going to download and when it restarts after download, nothing changes.

Another weird thing is that the ports will never show up in device manager unless my computer restarts with a USB device in the ports.
