Watercooled intel i dont know exact brand

if you are still here then Thank you :) i know its alot to go through
what happens is after i OC through BIOS
i get 4.4ghz in CPUZ as im ment to
but then i try reboot and it reverts back to 3.6ghz stock now its only the speed
"non of the settings reverts" and is also saved as OC profile so i can quick open
its all the same just core speed drops to stock, i flashed bios to latest 0.80v also ran with allmost everything off since i have a feeling u might mention EIST and did prime95 and occt after reboot to see if the 3.6ghz would boot up till the designated 4.4ghz but no
the core multiplier 100* i can not touch even 101 does bad OC and reset dont get me wrong 100*44 is also fine if it would work where i auto the ram at 1600mhz frequency, this you see on images was a vague attempt (1866 unlink) is because i cant get it to work so might as well get most out of ram with stock speed atleast thats what i was thinking....
i do have mygenie clickbios II it does the exact same after reboot but tbh i rather do it myself also for learnings sake not that im a complete noob somethings do stick thank god 😀 but this process probably gave me 1-2 more grey hairs

TLDR*

BIOS updated
every setting remains intact
OC speed reverts back to stock speed on reboot
all eco eist turboenhancers turning on/off does not help

the reason im here is that i have a Gut feeling that i am missing one little dumb cvar or setting somewhere or im OC too much i also tried lower the clock 42* 40* etc i get the speed but after reboot it resets to stock

thank you for reading looking forward to some help
really needed....

regards

hey guys still no answer
i did a fresh install today win7 and all chipset drivers etc and waiting for winupdate to finish up so i dont get bad drivers/programs causing problems
going to attempt again was hoping for some genious to point it out like "thats your problem" :) but it might be more complicated then i hoped i guess
thank you for your time.
