Help!!! My 2nd Hard Drive SATA Won't show up

I have this Mobo:

I just recently bought a 2nd Hard Drive SATA and was installing today, when I booted the computer it detected it, and installed the Device (Using Vista), now if I go to BIOS or Hardware Management I can see the 2nd Hard Drive, the problem is when I go to MY COMPUTER I don't see it and Can't acces it? What am I doing wrong? I thought this SATA HD's were just plug and play?

go to disk manager in control panel.
give the thing a drive letter and/or format it.

um, THAT is how.
you want step by step?
start the computer.
login if you have to
wait for everything to come up.
click on start
click on settings
click on control panel
click on administrative tools
click on computer management
click on disk management
look in the list for the new hard drive
right click on it
click assign drive letter
type in a drive letter
click okay

heh, you'd figure the OS would automatically assign a letter drive to it, regardless if it's formatted.
