Question Help, my computer fans suddenly spin as loud as a vacuum cleaner for about 5-15 seconds then stop.

Ever since a day or 2 ago (I installed Fortnite around this time, and got a new mouse but I don't think it matters) at seemingly random times my computer fans would make a noise and it would be as loud as a vacuum cleaner and then suddenly return back to normal. Could someone let me know why it is doing this, and if it is a problem, and how to fix it?
