Help! My computer is going haywire!!

Whenever i'm playing a game, maybe for 20-25 mins my computer forcely shutdown and turns back on with a non stop beep giving me a black screen or my gpu crashes. Im thinking the problem has to do with my PSU or GPU. HELP!
Here is my specs:

Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400S CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Graphics card - Intel(R) HD Graphics <--- Not sure if it's intergrated
PSU - 220 Watt
Motherboard - Intel Motherboard s1156, MB.GBT07.003, H67H2-AD
RAM - 4GB
Hard disk- 1TB
Memory speed - 1333MHz

and download Open Hardware Monitor or any other temperature monitoring and list GPU and CPU temperatures here.

It could be the PSU because I'm betting they didn't put a good quality one in there.

Heh. But at the same time it looks like my fan is busted. Which cause my computer to overheat.

That could be it. Check your temperatures.
