Question Help! my computer randomly restarted now only 7.9gb of my 16 gb of ram. i have tested the dimm and the sticks to no avail

Title explains but my computer blackscreened when i exited a game of rust,
Upon launching it said overclock failed. (i don't run an overclock.)
Launched into windows and taskmanager says " 8.1gb hardware reserved"
I have tried every online fix i can find i will add some photos hopefully someone has experience similar, thanks in advance.

-check ram slots

• aswell as ram sticks each working fine alone.
• windows is identifying there is 16gb but telling me only 7.9gb is available to use.

-bios displays 8000* memory but also 16000 on the next page?

Did the ram come in a kit together or are they separate ram
