Help!!! My computer wanna to say Goodbye to me!!!

Actually it is just happen recently. When I'm press my CPU power button. My CPU hardisk light will continuous ON (without blinking) but my monitor power light is continuous blinking without any display (not even can see BIOS). When I try to disconnect my hardisk from my CPU, the problem still same. After a few tried only can enter windows XP for every time. I have change my power supply, keyboard, mouse and add an extra AVR to my CPU but remain the same problem. When I send it to computer shop, my CPU will turn ON perfectly. Therefore I have left my CPU and monitor and ask them to check for me. Finally the both computer shops have told me my computer is in good condition but there is problem with my computer when I test it in my friend house. My CPU Spec is AMD Athlon 3000+ 64 bit, with motherboard ASUS K8V-X. Can anyone help me because I need my computer to do my work? Thank you first the expert to provide help to me.

So the monitor is ok? (I ask because just last week, my secondary monitor, a CRT died, and all it did was have the light flash on and off after these weird screeches.)

My monitor is ok because my CPU still remain the problem after I unplug my VGA cable from my CPU. May I know anyone can help me?
