Help my computer won't post

I just recently build a computer but it will not post when turn it on (the screen will just be blank and say no display on my monitor)

specs:
cpu: i5 3470
mb: asus p8b75-m/csm
ram: blue vengance 8gb @ 1600mhz
1tb hard drive
asus gtx 660
corsair cx500

also i tried plugging the dvi cable in the gpu then on the mb but it still does not work
