Question help, my cpu is running at .54 ghz(task manager)

windows 10
msi b450 tomahawk max

i started my pc this morning and i noticed that its running slow.
i noticed that my cpu speed is running at .54ghz at task manager.
at ryzen master its says that my cpu voltage is at 0.76875 and its peak speed is 0.600 ghz
i didnt do any oc, i didnt touch the bios
pls help

my temps are fine, its sitting at 40-50, under load at 60-70
