Question help my cpu is stuck to stock cooler

my cpu is stuck to my stock cooler
luckily all the pins are still intact

cpu: ryzen 3 2200g
cooler: AMD Wraith Stealth

Edges of the CPU in one hand, cooler in the other.
Rotate, gently. Apply firm, steady pressure.
Eventually it will come loose.

Do NOT try to force it.

I have done this before with a Ryzen 3. Its not hard and will not damage your CPU if you are careful.

Just put your fingers on the sides of the CPU and twist left and right until it comes free. Just make sure the CPU doesnt drop when it comes loose.

The bed. Hah, finally someone with some common sense. You'd be surprised at how many ppl try that while sitting at the edge of their desk or table, and drop the cpu, and naturally it's going to bounce off and land pins down on the floor.
