Question HELP My Cpu led is on and pc won’t post

So i recently just built my first pc and it was working fine for a day. But then it suddenly turned off and the cpu led light appeared . My keyboard and mouse are not lighting up like they’re suppose to and my monitor says “no signal” but all the fans are spinning. I already replaced my motherboard and the same problem persists
I have tried removing ram and gpu and testing them each one by one
Cpu has no bent pins and reseated it a couple of time
Also took out the battery on the mother board for a few minutes and placed it back in
Someone help me trouble shoot before i buy a new cpu and hope for the best

-are you going pirate with window ? (window is free you shouldnt go pirate)
-get rid of all SSD/HDD/GPU only keep the one drive with windows in it,
