HELP! My desktop now has an Extra Drive that's being occupied almost full

I'm having trouble with my PC. A drive was created without me knowing. what's bad is windows is notifying me that the drive is almost full. now i have to deal with the stupid notification pop every now and then. It's really annoying. Also, I am the only one that has access to my PC.

Please help

It's not a "drive", but rather a system partition that has been mistakenly given a drive letter.
An unfortunately common occurrence, seen by many in the last week or so.
