Question HELP! My drive won't format. It won't let me open the drive to see what's on it either.

I have disabled and re-enabled the drive and restarted, etc multiple times. I downloaded Holoiso, a community-made steam deck OS, and flashed it with BelenaEtcher. I then put it on my PC and failed to get it to work after watching multiple videos on how to get it to work so I then decided to go back and format the drive and it said the drive was locked and unable to be formatted. Are there any ways I can get this thing Formatted? I am also very very very confident it was not some sort of virus. By the way, it is a 32 GB Lexar USB Flash Drive.

Have you tried using DISKPART?

Once you selected the right disk, try the CLEAN command which should delete all partitions on the drive

Try using Diskpart. If it doesn't work download any 3rd party Partition Manager such as one from Paragon and the format partitions to FAT32.
