Question HELP! MY ETHERNET HAS BEEN OUT FOR 8 DAYS!

So, all my devices. PC and PS4 have not been getting an ethernet signal for 8 days now. I tried virtually everything and I think the problem is with my router. Some information is:

The lights for ethernet on router and PC are turning on.
The WiFi works, ethernet does not.
I've recently bought brand new ethernet cables and they are not the issue.
I have reinstalled windows.

Have you plugged a device directly into the back of the router?
Sounds like it could be the router.

What did your internet provider say when you called them?
