Question Help my exe files don’t launch

Hi i have downloaded some exe files online however everytime i run the exe file a black window appears for a split second then dissappears but the file doesn’t open. I have turned off all antivirus software and run the files as admin still no luck. Idk how to add videos but i will give an example of what happens.
Lets says i have downloaded an exe file called autotune setup.exe
I run it as admin and a black window pops up for a split second and the name of the window is:
C:\Users\Hewad\Desktop\downloads\autotune setup.exe

Its a torrent file of a cracked application, i have downloaded and opened these in the past with no issue

The file was for a automatic driver updater software which i have used in the past

Advice:
You're potentially looking at a full wipe and reinstall, due to whatever virus and malware came with that.
