help!! my fan speed is super slow

i got gigabyte g41 motherboard , my cpu fans were runing at 700-1000rpm , now its runing at 400-600rpm and my cpu temp went from 40c to 60c please help

1) Go into the BIOS to check the cpu fan setting in somewhere section, like in the "PC health status" section. Check the manual.
2) May try other cooler fan if it can be replace, because the fan maybe have problem.
