HELP! My first build wont post!

My build
Ryzen 5 2600
EVGA gt 710 2 gb
Corsair vengance lpx 2x8gb
Msi b450 gaming plus
Masterwatt 6550 watts


Originally it would start but after taking everything out, putting it back in and plugging it back in itll start. LED fans and cpu fan works as well as the mobo LED. The issue is nothing displays on my monitor and the gpu fan also is not spinning. I plugged in my mouse and keyboard as well and those also dont work. I need help! I've been trouble shooting but nothing helps.

Update. My motherboard isnt detecting my cpu or graphics card. I'm going to take them out and reinstall them. If that doesnt work I think I'm going to exchange my cpu. When it was shipped to me they put it in somewhat large box with packing peanuts or anything of that nature. I was worried it wouldn't work.

Check ALL connections are in properly in place
Remove 1 Ram stick.
Clear Bios and start again.

I appreciate the response but I've tried that and nothing changes. Do you think the cpu could just be damaged?

it is possible, but you should check with the people you got it from, tell them the problem and send it all back to them

I've replaced the cpu and mobo. The gpu fan spins now but they red led next to dram is solid. No matter if I use the sticks individually or both of them connected it wont work.
