Help! My graphics card doesn't have a displayport output but monitor only runs 144hz via display port.

Hello guys, please tell me, is there a way to get 144hz without buying a new graphics card?

GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 TI ( OC)
has the following outputs: HDMI, DVI-D, DVI-I, VGA

Monitor is Acer KG241Pbmidpx
requires Displayport connection for the 144hz
I'm currently using 120hz via HDMI

I was thinking, maybe one of these cables would fix my problem?

since DVI-D can run 144hz as i hear

No - I don't think those cables will work at 144Hz refresh. I'm pretty sure you need an "active dual link" cable to get 144Hz.
