[SOLVED] Help my keyboard isn’t working

Ok so I’m having troubles with my Corsair k55 RGB, I had to factory reset it cause all the leds at the top left were flashing so after that I restarted my pc but now the keyboard just doesn’t work. Every time I press a key the alphabet keys (and the lights) freeze and nothing works on it. I’ve tried factory resetting it but it doesn’t work, any ideas?

Never mind, fixed it. For anyone having the same issue I Plugged it into the PS4, put it on bios mode and it was working fine. Kept it in bios mode and plugged it back in the pc and it Worked!
