Question Help my laptop to monitor only 120hz!

I have Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 82K100Y3PH and MSI optix g241 but only having 120hz display. Asking help if what I can do to maximize it to 144hz. Already tried changing display options refresh rate

On that laptop HDMI out is limited at 120hz to my knowledge. Have to go Usb C to Displayport for 144hz
