Question HELP: My laptop's fan started turning at MAX RPM

Hi,

I think I am turning crazy.
Out of nowhere, my latop (Asus +-2014 model) started spinning the fan at max rpm for no reason. I downloaded "speedfan" and it shows that my CPu usage is at +-5% but my fans are turning at 6400RPM. I did not install, download, or do anything to my laptop. A week ago it was still doing great and was super quiet. I am lost, I tried some adjustments in the power settings as mentioned on Youtube tutorials but nothing works. Please, save my ears and my brain too.

It is a Asus V500C.
I cleaned the fans very gently and they are super clean. No dust or anything. So is the air vent.

Yes, it shows that the CPU is between 45 and 50 degrees celsius constantly, even when I just turn on my laptop.
