HELP! My monitor won't enable freesync

Hi, so I am using a Samsung C24FG70 (LC24FG70FQNXZA) 144hz 24" monitor. It has free sync (99.9% sure). When I go into Radeon Settings and go to display, it says that AMD FreeSync is not supported. Could anyone help?

Edit: Okay I found this. Apparently, you have to go to the monitor menu to change it. Does anyone know how I could do that? Thank you!
