So I recently I dicided to build a gaming pc moving from console but after getting all my parts I'm worried my motherboard may not read my Cpu and I have no money for anymore parts the motherbaord I got I'd the MSI B350M MORTAR Socket AM4 AMD Ryzen 7th Gen Athlon DDR4 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard and I have a ryzen 2700x processor with a gtx 1080 cab anybody help if they know whether it supports the chip

Most likely it doesn't have an up to date BIOS. The motherboard can support it with the correct BIOS.

See if the AMD boot kit is still available:

Failing that, perhaps a computer shop near where you live can provide service to update the BIOS.

The B350 board WILL support a 2700X, provided you update the BIOS first.

If you don't have a compatible CPU, you'll need to obtain one - either from AMD as linked above... via purchase, or talk to a local store, they should be able to do it for you.

Failing that, return the motherboard and buy a B450 chipset board.
