[SOLVED] My PC does not boot to BIOS - just a blank screen ?

I have some knowledge on systems, but still mostly a noob. This is a system from 2018 that was assembled for me. With some online help, I managed to remove all components, clean them and put them back in. I cleaned the AIO (NZXT Kraken I think) and the CPU (i7-8700K) with clean cotton swab dipped in 99% alchohol and got it all clean. Waited a few minutes, applied MX-4 paste and put the AIO back as per the steps and made sure that it is secure.

The PC booted with high temps of 99-100 degrees. I shut it off and opened the AIO and see that the paste is thinly distributed with most of the clogging at the sides. I recleaned it and reapplied and tried once more and this time the PC will not show up the bios screen, the monitor is dead. RAM GBU and the AIO lights are lit. I tried checking and ensuring that the AIO is secured properly to the CPU, still not working.

Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Thank you. I replaced it about 7 months ago, was having boot up issues then and had read about it. I come back with an update, I removed one RAM stick (the first one) and now it boots up, but the CPU is hot again, very high temp. I don't know what I am doing wrong in installing this AIO. Or may be it is old? should I change it and see?

which AIO is it?
where do you read the 100°C? under load or just in BIOS?

any overclocking done?

reset the CMOS to get default settings

are the fans of the radiator from the AIO spinning?
eventually: can you hear the pump working? Is it connected to the pump header of the motherboard?

You sir/maam, are my hero. I had missed the CPU fan connector and now it drops to 32-33, which for Indian summers is good enough for me, thank you :)
Its still not over though, I am not able to boot at all with all 4 DIMMs in the slot, its only when I remove the first one I can boot up, let me try with rams in different slots, will update soon. Thank you for all the help so far

Its either the RAM stick that is dead or the slot. Remove that one and put another in its place, if the system works its the stick, if it doesn't its the slot

Update: The other 3 RAM sticks worked fine when I installed them in 1,2,3 slots. Then I installed the troublesome one in the 4th slot and it seems to be working, even though it was not earlier when it was the only RAM on the PC. I checked and PC details show all full 32 GBs. Have rebooted the PC a few times now, looks all good to me.

Thank you all so much for helping me out :)
