HELP my pc have a lag spike Just change my pc Case then it happen

Everthing i do there's a lag spike, every game, while watching movies, while playing music, i just does bzzzzing on lag spike please help 🙁

What do you mean by a lag spike?

lag spike example im playing a song the song will skip and will buzz, like on games.

i5-2500k
z68 Gigabyt motherboard
Ripjaws 2133 8gb dual
GTX 970 Jetstream
750gb HD Wester digital
case corsair Spec 03

i just change my Pc case then it occur double check everything its still lag spiking.
