A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.

Extra information about the problem
Bucket ID: LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Ampere

i have tried re-installing graphic drivers with DDU, Updated the BIOS and switched the RAM sticks

Specs:
Windows 10 64 bit
Intel i9-10850k 3.60 GHz
Ram G-skill tridentZ NEO 4000 MHz x 4 64 gb (but the system cant boot in XMP so it cant run that for some reason
2 x 2 tb Intel m.2 storage
Corsair RMX 750 watt power supply
graphics card Asus RTX 3070
and the CPU has water cooling.
Motherboard is Asus Prime Z490-P

In event viewer it says kernel-power event

i dont know if its something with my power outlets that does so my computers gets loss of power or if its my powersupply thats too small
pls help

Black screen to sound still available can point to vram.
Using either Gpu-Z(sensors tab) or hwinfo(sensors only), can you see what the gpu memory junction is?
Are all 8GB of vram recognized?

Tried rolling back to an older driver?

Run Msi Afterburner, or the Asus alternative, drop the memory clock all the way down, click Apply, and see if you can get it to reproduce the same crash.

The higher the frequency, the tighter the memory timings(primary and secondary), and the more slots that are occupied, the more difficult it is for the cpu's Internal Memory Controller to run. IMCs are influenced by the ol' silicon lottery.
Also, if the kit wasn't bought as is(4 dimm), and is instead a combination of 2 separate kits, that adds a potential variable of instability, since no one validated them as such - you'd be the one filling that role.

Hey Thanks for the the answer i have checked if all the 8 gb of VRam is there and they are and my RAM is running at 2666 MHz and they should be able to do 4000 but i will try ASUS GPU tweak now and i will get back to you after :)

Hey again i have tried downloading Asus GPU Tweaker and drop the memory clock all the way down but it still came with the black screen and then a restart and now it has the bucket ID: LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Ampere_UserOC
but i will try and getting an older driver tomorrow but i dont know which to download

An older whql game ready driver. Doesn't matter which.
Was the sound still audible when that happened?

Might be the GPU is faulty or you have software conflicts.
Also a 10850K draws quite a lot of power, adding the CPU with that 220w GPU, the total power pull is around 500w total not taking into account overclocks or any other system part.

So I estimate you are using up to 700w max.

I didn't hear back about the memory junction. Is it viewable at all? I'm gonna post other ideas below in case that doesn't turn up anything, because if it actually is faulty vram, there's nothing you can do about it.

1)I see you tried switching ram sticks. Did you try to play with only one stick in the board?[Ignore the obvious performance lost doing this.]
2)Run Command Prompt, and enter "sfc /scannow". Confirm whether it finds and fixes and integrity violations.
3)Got any spare monitor cables you can swap in, or is there another PC you can try the gpu in?
4)Are any riser cards, or cable extensions in use? If so, install the gpu without them.

I have tried to only play with two other Run with only two ram stick and that didnt help and i have replaced some cables and even got a new monitor but i have tried to stress test my pc with OCCT and there it didnt crash but no i dont have another computer i can try the GPU in But it seems like it can see all 8 Vrams in the system and yes i have tried with thescannow command and nothing has worked im thinking im gonna try and roll back a driver and then see if i can run my pc some other place because maybe my power outlets in my house sometimes doest give enough power? and if it still crashes then i will try and get a new power supply

But it seems like it can see all 8 Vrams in the system
Memory temperature though - you can see it on the right side of the following screenshot:

A couple of things.

XMP commonly won't run with 4 sticks for various factors, and commonly due to voltages or weak VRM. The 10850K you are using will be fine if you can set the RAM to 2933. Download CPU-Z and look at the SPD tab. It will show your XMP and JEDEC timings and voltages.
In your BIOS there will be a place you can select the speed and timings for the RAM. IMO, would try the dropdown for speed first which you may be able to set at 2933 and it do fine automatically. If it doesn't, consider some of the JEDEC timings as seen in CPU-Z.

As to the graphics card...I have a reference 3070 and it started not showing display on startup until I power cycled the screen, artifacting on windowed videos, and other small things. I contacted Nvidia and they were very good about the return process. I am not saying for sure anything is wrong with yours, but if all else fails it may be a viable option to consider.

It worked when i set the clock speeds down so can it maybe be my power supply? thats too small?
Not with a 3070.
Power supplies 'age' over time; what it could do the first year of use is higher than what it could 5 years later. This is one of the factors why 'futureproofing' does not work.
So, take into account how long your current psu has been in use.

They'll age faster if you've been pushing the heck out of them with overclocks and a lot of stress testing. I did that with a Seasonic Prime 750 Titanium(10 year warranty) that I barely got 5 years out of. I'd run apps like Cinebench, Realbench, Kombustor, Heaven Bench, and Superposition overnight, for days at a time.
I was just screwing around with it way more than what the average person would've done... then one day, the system started crapping itself in games.
Some troubleshooting later, a new psu, and it's back to normal.

my psu is only like 3 years old an i havent been pushing it i have just been playing but when i turn the memory clock speed down can that indicate that is is my Vram that is faulty?
